Modern Mexican [Saturday 11th January]

Join us for a vibrant journey into Modern Mexican cuisine! This demonstration will bring a fresh twist to traditional flavours, guiding you through each dish step-by-step to elevate your home-cooking game with new skills and flavours.

What's on the menu:

• Tres Salsa Trio -  Mango Habanero, Pasilla and Tomatillo
• Frijoles - Black turtle bean dip, smoked chilli oil and cotija cheese
• Elote - Grilled corn with Chipotle Creama
• Tortilla - Mexican Shredded Beef with chimichurri and pickled onions
• Tres Leches - Three Milk Cake

Date: Saturday 11th January 2025

Time: 3:30pm - 6:30pm

Cost: $150.00 per person

Location: Bake and Gather - 24 Bell Street, Yarra Glen.

By booking you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. 7 days notice is required if you wish to transfer to another class or to request a credit that can be used for another date or used in the store.
2. Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the class date will not be refunded, transferred or credited. You are welcome to send someone in your place, otherwise, your spot will be forfeited.
3. In case of host sickness or emergency, we reserve the right to change the class to another date and will offer a full refund if you cannot make that date.
4. There is a minimum of 6 participants required for the class. We reserve the right to cancel the class up to 3 days before its date if we do not have enough bookings. You will be offered the option to transfer to another date or receive a refund.
