In this session, Justine & Juan will showcase the following menu:
  • Cucumber with Smoked Salmon Mousse
  • Prawn Bites with Green Goddess Dip
  • Prosecco Poached Turkey Breast with Thyme Gravy
  • Beef Fillet with Pomegranate and Cranberry Mint Sauce
  • Apple, Candied Walnut and Cranberry Salad
  • Potato, Green Bean and Avocado Salad with Creamy Avocado Dressing
  • Pear and Chocolate Frangipane Tart
  • Raspberry, Yoghurt and Strawberry Terrine with Berry Mint Syrup

By the end of the class, you’ll have all the tips, tricks, and recipes to confidently prepare a full Christmas feast with ease. Whether you’re hosting a large gathering or an intimate family meal, these dishes will ensure your holiday celebration is delicious, stress-free, and unforgettable.

The price includes a 3-hour cooking demonstration, tea/coffee/refreshment on arrival, light dinner and recipe booklet to take home. Spaces are limited, so book your spot now and enjoy a festive menu that's as enjoyable to make as it is to eat!

By booking you accept the following terms and conditions:

  1. 7 days notice is required if you wish to transfer to another class or to request a credit that can be used for another date or used in the store.
  2. Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the class date will not be refunded, transferred or credited. You are welcome to send someone in your place, otherwise, your spot will be forfeited.
  3. In case of host sickness or emergency, we reserve the right to change the class to another date and will offer a full refund if you cannot make that date.
  4. There is a minimum of 6 participants required for the class. We reserve the right to cancel the class up to 3 days before its date if we do not have enough bookings. You will be offered the option to transfer to another date or receive a refund.
