Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bake and Gather. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Returns Policy
We deliver AUSTRALIA WIDE via Australia Post, offer FREE in-store pickup and FREE DELIVERY within 15kms of Yarra Glen, Victoria. (FREE DELIVERY via phone order only on 03 5911 3114).
Each item is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. (Please note, where possible, we use recycled packaging materials).
All orders are processed and dispatched within two business days. In the event that an item ordered by you is found to be out of stock (usually due to stock level errors, or the last in stock item not passing our quality inspection) we will notify you immediately. You will always be offered a number of options to rectify the issue, including order cancellation with a full refund.
Once your order is dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery depending on your location in Australia.
If for any reason your delivery experience is not up to scratch, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right!
In the event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We require a photo of the damaged item to be emailed to us at email@example.com so that we can arrange a replacement item.
Items damaged due to wear and tear or customer mishandling will NOT be replaced.
If you believe you have received a faulty product (due to manufacturer fault), please contact us so we can review, supply a Return Authorisation (RA) number and arrange return postage. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorisation number (provided by Bake and Gather).
