Cheesemaking Workshop with Tina van Kooten [Saturday 17th May 2025]

Unleash your inner cheesemaker: Join our 3.5 hour workshop!

Explore the enchanting world of cheese crafting in the upcoming workshop led by Tina van Kooten. Ideal for beginners, you'll delve into the secrets of crafting homemade Mozzarella, Burrata and Halloumi. 

Cheese tasting and nibbles provided, along with recipes and cheesemaking notes from the workshop.    Please note: This class is a demonstration based workshop with a small amount of hands-on interaction. 

Date: Saturday 17th May 2025

Time: 10:00am - 1:30pm

Cost: $150.00 per person (or purchase two tickets for any class and receive 20% off).

Location: Bake and Gather - 24 Bell Street, Yarra Glen. 

Maximum of 10 participants. 

By booking you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. 7 days notice is required if you wish to transfer to another class or to request a credit that can be used for another date or used in the store.
2. Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the class date will not be refunded, transferred or credited. You are welcome to send someone in your place, otherwise, your spot will be forfeited.
3. In case of host sickness or emergency, we reserve the right to change the class to another date and will offer a full refund if you cannot make that date.
4. There is a minimum of 6 participants required for the class. We reserve the right to cancel the class up to 3 days before its date if we do not have enough bookings. You will be offered the option to transfer to another date or receive a refund.
