Embark on a culinary journey through the vibrant and diverse flavours of Indonesia. From rich spices to fragrant herbs, Tina van Kooten will delve into the aromatic world of Indonesian cuisine.
By the end of our session, you'll not only have a deep appreciation for the vibrant flavours of Indonesian cooking, but also share in a light banquet style lunch together.
In this session, Tina will showcase the following menu:
- Loempia - Spring Rolls
- Babi Ketjap - Pork in Sweet Soy Sauce
- Sambal Goreng Telor - Eggs in Coconut Sauce
- Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce
- Nasi Kuning - Fragrant Turmeric Rice
- Condiments: Sambal Oelek, Sambal Manis, Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Kwee Mangkok - Sweet steamed coconut cakes

The price includes a 3 hour cooking demonstration, tea or coffee on arrival, light lunch and recipe booklet to take home.

- 6 days to 24 hours prior - 50% refund.
- Within 24 hours - no refund available.
