Relax and enjoy a demonstration-style cooking class as Juan and Justine guide you through each dish from start to finish. This menu brings a fresh, modern approach to classic Italian favourites — comforting enough for the cooler months, yet equally suited to spring and summer dining when paired with a leafy salad and crusty bread.

Beautifully balanced, full of flavour and satisfying without feeling too heavy, this menu offers a lighter take on traditional Italian cuisine.

Cost: $150.00 per person (or purchase two tickets for any class and receive 20% off).
Location: Bake and Gather - 24 Bell Street, Yarra Glen.
This demonstration-based class will showcase essential techniques, from kneading and shaping dough to creating beautifully balanced sauces. You’ll get to taste everything made on the day, refreshments, take home recipes, and gain the confidence to recreate these dishes in your own kitchen. 

By booking you accept the following terms and conditions:

  1. 7 days notice is required if you wish to transfer to another class or to request a credit that can be used for another date or used in the store.
  2. Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the class date will not be refunded, transferred or credited. You are welcome to send someone in your place, otherwise, your spot will be forfeited.
  3. In case of host sickness or emergency, we reserve the right to change the class to another date and will offer a full refund if you cannot make that date.
  4. There is a minimum of 6 participants required for the class. We reserve the right to cancel the class up to 3 days before its date if we do not have enough bookings. You will be offered the option to transfer to another date or receive a refund.
