Flavours of Korea with Juan & Justine [Saturday 19th September 2026]

Discover the bold, vibrant flavours of Korea in this relaxed, 3-hour demonstration-based cooking class with Bake and Gather owners, Juan and Justine Corradi. 

From crispy Korean Fried Chicken to colourful glass noodles and a refreshing café-style dessert, you'll learn the techniques and ingredients that make Korean cuisine so popular around the world. Throughout the class we'll share tips, shortcuts and plenty of inspiration to help you recreate these dishes at home.

On the menu: 

• Kimchijeon - Kimchi Pancakes with Dipping Sauce
• Dakgangjeong – Korean Fried Chicken
• Japchae – Glass noodle stir fry with beef
• Strawberry Bingsu - Shaved Ice with Strawberries

Date: Saturday 19th September 2026

Time: 4:00pm - 7:00pm

Cost: $150.00 per person (or purchase two tickets for any class and receive 20% off).

Location: Bake and Gather - 24 Bell Street, Yarra Glen. 

You'll sample every dish prepared throughout the class and receive a recipe booklet to take home. Whether you're new to Korean cooking or already a fan, you're guaranteed a fun, flavour-filled experience with plenty of laughs along the way.

By booking you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. 7 days notice is required if you wish to transfer to another class or to request a credit that can be used for another date or used in the store.
2. Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the class date will not be refunded, transferred or credited. You are welcome to send someone in your place, otherwise, your spot will be forfeited.
3. In case of host sickness or emergency, we reserve the right to change the class to another date and will offer a full refund if you cannot make that date.
4. There is a minimum of 6 participants required for the class. We reserve the right to cancel the class up to 3 days before its date if we do not have enough bookings. You will be offered the option to transfer to another date or receive a refund.
