Mastering these essentials not only opens the door to a world of delicious treats but also hones your skills in precision, patience, and creativity in the kitchen.

The class will include;

  • Sponge Cake - plain, chocolate & ginger fluff.
  • Choux Pastry - eclair & profiteroles with creme pâtisserie filling.
  • Scones - with jam and cream.

Cost: $145.00 per person
Location: Bake and Gather - 24 Bell Street, Yarra Glen. 
The price includes a 3 hour cooking demonstration, tea or coffee on arrival, tasting of all the delicious creations and a recipe booklet to take home.
