Welcome to our Breadmaking Workshop hosted by Mark Ebbels!

Join us as we explore the art of crafting three iconic breads: Sourdough, Brioche, and Irish Soda Bread. From the tangy allure of sourdough to the indulgent richness of brioche and the wholesome simplicity of Irish Soda Bread, each holds its own unique charm.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned baker, this workshop will elevate your breadmaking skills and ignite your culinary creativity. Let's knead, bake, and savour the magic of homemade bread together!

Cost: $145.00 per person
Location: Bake and Gather - 24 Bell Street, Yarra Glen. 
The price includes a 3 hour cooking demonstration, tea or coffee on arrival, tasting of all the delicious creations and a recipe booklet & sourdough starter to take home.
