Crafted by hand in Laguiole France the Oyster Knife with Guard is perfect for prying open the hard shell of an oyster or clam. The ergonomic grip handle with guard assists to eliminate slippage while protecting your hand even when your hand is wet. Sharp bevelled blade tip allows raw oysters to 'pop' out from the hinge.
Blade can also help remove and cut through the muscle/oyster.
