Dried fruit (55%) (Australian currants (currents, vegetable oil), raisins, sultanas, cranberries (cranberries, sugar, vegetable oil), mixed citrus peel, gluten free flour (maize starch, rice flour, tapioca starch, bran, vegetable gum (thickener) ), dark brown sugar, gluten free breadcrumbs (tapioca starch, water, rice flour, canola oil, sugar, egg white powder, bakers yeast, molasses, idolised salt, vinegar, thickeners (464,466) ), free range eggs, milk, animal fat (Suet), Australian Brandy (5%), lemon and orange juice, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, mixed spice.
