Cunliffe & Waters Christmas Ham Glaze is made quickly and in small batches to harness the colours and flavours of the ingredients. 

For the perfect Christmas Ham, remove and trim skin, score the ham fat into diamonds, stud with cloves, bake at 200 degrees for 40-50 mins, baste every 10 minutes. Enjoy!
