Caramelised Fig & Quince Jam 180g

Using quinces with the added texture of dried figs,  this rich and warmly spiced jam is superb with soft mould or blue cheeses.  Try with a pork fillet wrapped in prosciutto or of course on your croissant. Size 180g.
