Take your tastebuds on a Spanish escape!

Join us for a flavour-filled evening inspired by the vibrant tastes and traditions of Spain. From bite-sized tapas to a soul-warming paella and a classic almond cake to finish, this class is a celebration of bold flavours, rustic charm, and relaxed Mediterranean dining.

We'll be making and tasting; 

  • Jamón-wrapped asparagus – a classic bite-sized tapa
  • Magic Romesco Dip – bold, smoky, and absolutely addictive
  • Orange-marinated Manchego – a fresh take on a Spanish cheese staple
  • Paella – aromatic, colourful, and packed with flavour
  • Tarta de Santiago – the famous Spanish almond cake, simple and elegant
Date: Saturday 6th September
Time: 4:00pm - 7:00pm
Cost: $150.00 per person (or purchase two tickets for any class and receive 20% off).
Location: Bake and Gather - 24 Bell Street, Yarra Glen.
Expect expert tips, take-home recipes, and tastings of everything we prepare. Whether you're planning a Spanish-themed dinner party or simply love exploring new cuisines, this class is a perfect mix of learning, fun and feasting.

By booking you accept the following terms and conditions:

  1. 7 days notice is required if you wish to transfer to another class or to request a credit that can be used for another date or used in the store.
  2. Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the class date will not be refunded, transferred or credited. You are welcome to send someone in your place, otherwise, your spot will be forfeited.
  3. In case of host sickness or emergency, we reserve the right to change the class to another date and will offer a full refund if you cannot make that date.
  4. There is a minimum of 6 participants required for the class. We reserve the right to cancel the class up to 3 days before its date if we do not have enough bookings. You will be offered the option to transfer to another date or receive a refund.
