Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating three of Italy’s most iconic dishes! In this demonstration-style class, you'll learn how to create:

  • Hand-stretched Pizza Dough – Made from scratch and cooked to perfection in 'The Ultimate Pizza Oven'
  • Fresh Egg Fettuccine – Rolled and cut by hand, paired with a rich and hearty lamb ragù
  • Tiramisu – A luscious, layered Italian classic to end on a sweet note
Date: Saturday 23rd August
Time: 4:00pm - 7:00pm
Cost: $150.00 per person (or purchase two tickets for any class and receive 20% off).
Location: Bake and Gather - 24 Bell Street, Yarra Glen.
Expect expert tips and essential techniques as Juan and Justine guide you through each dish. You’ll taste everything made during the class, enjoy light refreshments, and take home a full set of recipes. Most importantly, you’ll leave inspired and confident to recreate these Italian favourites in your own kitchen.

By booking you accept the following terms and conditions:

  1. 7 days notice is required if you wish to transfer to another class or to request a credit that can be used for another date or used in the store.
  2. Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the class date will not be refunded, transferred or credited. You are welcome to send someone in your place, otherwise, your spot will be forfeited.
  3. In case of host sickness or emergency, we reserve the right to change the class to another date and will offer a full refund if you cannot make that date.
  4. There is a minimum of 6 participants required for the class. We reserve the right to cancel the class up to 3 days before its date if we do not have enough bookings. You will be offered the option to transfer to another date or receive a refund.
