Join us for a delightful morning of summer-inspired baking with the talented Angela Fleay, a former semi-finalist on The Great Australian Bake Off!

In this demonstration-based class, you'll learn to create:

  • Strawberry Tart
  • Peach Galette
  • Summer Berry Drizzle Cake
  • Cinnamon & Berry Scrolls

With a touch of hands-on interaction, you'll pick up valuable techniques, tips, and tricks while enjoying the opportunity to ask Angela all your baking questions. Perfect for bakers of all levels, this class is sure to inspire your summer baking adventures!

Cost: $150.00 per person
Location: Bake and Gather - 24 Bell Street, Yarra Glen. 
The price includes a 3.5 hour cooking demonstration, tea or coffee on arrival, tasting of all the delicious creations and a recipe booklet to take home. Limited spots available - book now!

By booking you accept the following terms and conditions:

  1. 7 days notice is required if you wish to transfer to another class or to request a credit that can be used for another date or used in the store.
  2. Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the class date will not be refunded, transferred or credited. You are welcome to send someone in your place, otherwise, your spot will be forfeited.
  3. In case of host sickness or emergency, we reserve the right to change the class to another date and will offer a full refund if you cannot make that date.
  4. There is a minimum of 6 participants required for the class. We reserve the right to cancel the class up to 3 days before its date if we do not have enough bookings. You will be offered the option to transfer to another date or receive a refund.
