In collaboration with Cunliffe & Waters and hosted in the Bake and Gather kitchen, Briony Boeder will offer expert guidance into the secrets of homemade preserves including:
- Orange Marmalade
- Red Pepper Relish
- Mixed Vegetable Pickle
Morning tea on arrival and a light ploughman's lunch will be provided showcasing Cunliffe & Waters products and perfectly complemented with a glass of wine. Recipes provided with step-by-step instructions along with a jar of each creation to take home.

By booking you accept the following terms and conditions:
- 7 days notice is required if you wish to transfer to another class or to request a credit that can be used for another date or used in the store.
- Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the class date will not be refunded, transferred or credited. You are welcome to send someone in your place, otherwise, your spot will be forfeited.
- In case of host sickness or emergency, we reserve the right to change the class to another date and will offer a full refund if you cannot make that date.
- There is a minimum of 6 participants required for the class. We reserve the right to cancel the class up to 3 days before its date if we do not have enough bookings. You will be offered the option to transfer to another date or receive a refund.
