Care and use:

• Made from heavy duty carbon steel, it features a double non-stick coating
• This product is dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer safe.
• Oven safe up to 230 degrees Celsius.
• Avoid use of metal utensils and metal scourers to prevent damaging the non-stick coating.
• Always use an oven glove when hot.
• Before first use, carefully remove all packaging including the clip. Rinse with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
• Hand wash is recommended to prolong the life of the pan.
