Join us for our upcoming pastry class and discover the secrets to creating delicious tarts, pies, and sausage rolls. Watch as our expert baker, Angela Fleay, guides you through essential techniques and recipes, showcasing the art of perfect pastry dough, ideal filling consistency, and golden baking.   • Creamy Lemon Chicken Thyme Pies
  • Pork, Apple and Sage Sausage Rolls
  • Deep Dish Family Apple and Rhubarb Pie
  • Frangipane Tart
Date: Saturday 26th October 2024
Time: 10:00am - 1:30pm
Cost: $145.00 per person
Location: Bake and Gather - 24 Bell Street, Yarra Glen. 
The price includes a 3.5 hour cooking demonstration, tea or coffee on arrival, tasting of all the delicious creations and a recipe booklet to take home.

Maximum of 10 participants. 

By booking you accept the following terms and conditions:

  1. 7 days notice is required if you wish to transfer to another class or to request a credit that can be used for another date or used in the store.
  2. Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the class date will not be refunded, transferred or credited. You are welcome to send someone in your place, otherwise, your spot will be forfeited.
  3. In case of host sickness or emergency, we reserve the right to change the class to another date and will offer a full refund if you cannot make that date.
  4. There is a minimum of 6 participants required for the class. We reserve the right to cancel the class up to 3 days before its date if we do not have enough bookings. You will be offered the option to transfer to another date or receive a refund.
