Step into the rich culinary heritage of the Netherlands in this exclusive Dutch cooking class, led by local food enthusiast Tina van Kooten. Tina brings her passion and expertise to the table, sharing her family recipes and the stories behind some of the most beloved dishes of Dutch cuisine.

  • Bitterballen – Crispy, savory Dutch meatballs
  • Filet Americain – A Dutch classic of spiced steak tartare
  • Stuffed Eggs – A delightful appetizer with a Dutch twist
  • Dutch Potato Salad – Creamy, tangy, and full of flavour
  • Poffertjes – Mini fluffy pancakes served with powdered sugar

Cost: $150.00 per person
Location: Bake and Gather - 24 Bell Street, Yarra Glen.
This 3-hour demonstration class is the perfect opportunity to sit back, watch, and learn from Tina as she recreates these traditional dishes. Includes tastings of all dishes, a recipe booklet to take home, and refreshments during the class.

Maximum of 10 participants. 

By booking you accept the following terms and conditions:
  1. 7 days notice is required if you wish to transfer to another class or to request a credit that can be used for another date or used in the store.
  2. Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the class date will not be refunded, transferred or credited. You are welcome to send someone in your place, otherwise, your spot will be forfeited.
  3. In case of host sickness or emergency, we reserve the right to change the class to another date and will offer a full refund if you cannot make that date.
  4. There is a minimum of 6 participants required for the class. We reserve the right to cancel the class up to 3 days before its date if we do not have enough bookings. You will be offered the option to transfer to another date or receive a refund.
